Peppermint Bark

12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
10 ounces white chocolate chips
6 candy canes - crushed

Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil.
Melt semisweet chocolate chips in the microwave.
Pour and spread in jelly roll pan.
Cool for 5 minutes in the refrigerator. Don't let it sit until it hardens, just until the layer is firm.
Melt white chocolate chips in microwave (follow directions on the package)
Pour and spread over semisweet chips.
Let it set for a couple of minutes.
Sprinkle crushed candy canes over white chocolate and press lightly with your fingers.
Refrigerate until firm. Keep in the refrigerator.
